Have a Good Call to Action (CTA)

Why are you sending this email to your audience? Building your email list, visiting your website, or special offers/promotions are all popular goals for CTA. Make sure people looking at the email have an easy and direct way to complete this goal. 

  

Don’t Rely on Images

Some email programs/apps don’t load images right away when they're opened. Some even require people to click to load the images. If your email is focused around images, your message could potentially not even be seen! Focus on creating clear, direct content and CTAs. 

  

Design With Your Mobile Audience In Mind

We send reports one week after we send out your email campaign with information with your opened rates and clicked rates. We can use this information to see the next steps to take and judge how successful your campaign was. To give time for people to view emails, our reports will be sent out a week after mailing is sent. The report will show sends, opens and link clicks. If requested, we can add UTM tags for Google Analytics tracking.
